The project is a continuation and completion of the project that has educated technical staff for work in media, radio and tv in Tanzania and a couple of other african states. The education is preformed by finnish staff and the courses has mainly been held in the Ngaramtoni media centre but also in other areas. The education provides technical skills to produce programs and be able to repair equipment.
The project aims at reducing the need for technical help from outside and at creating resources for a independent radioprogramme in several african states with limitid resources.
GOAL: to educate technical staff for media in several african states.
MEASURES: through courses in the Ngaramtoni mediacentre and by outsourcing to other african states provide further education for technical staff.
RESULTS: a couple of people with technical knowledge will be able to perform radio- and tv recordnings, recordings in Tanzania and in other central and eastafrica.
