Since the end of 1980s, staff has been trained for day nursery in Bharamulo, also called NDCC (Nyamahanga Day Care Centre). This education has not filled the formal demands set up for being in charge of a day nursery. The tanzanian education for preschool teachers first require a compulsory school teacher degree. To meet this demand an updating of the education is needed. At the same time the school authorities appeal to the arranging of courses for compulsory school teachers.

GOALS: to give the region qualified compulsory school teachers and preschool teachers. The education for preschool teachers has its recruit area in the whole of Tanzania.

MEASURES: the building of extra space for the activities in connection to the already existing buildings, increase the equipment, increase the staff accoring to the demands of the school authorities. 

RESULTS:

- the leading staff will get the necessary qualifications according to    the requirements from the state 

- the buildings will be rebuilt to fulfill the activity demands 

- the region will get qualified teachers

-  the whole community will get qualified teachers
